The minimum delivery time is 10-15 days for all orders in stock.

Shipping to customers within India is free for all prepaid orders below INR 49,000 and all COD orders below INR 25,000

Yes, we do offer minimal customisation on selective garments, which includes a different colour or size of the choice of the customer. Kindly mail on mail@kritigoel.com for customisation requests.

Custom orders are prepaid only & can not be exchanged/returned.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, without any additional charges. To make a cancellation, please write to us at Mail@KritiGoel.com.

Returns/Exchanges are accepted within a week of receiving the garment, in unused condition, along with the original tags, packaging and the original invoice. Mail to us at mail@kritigoel.com for a return/exchange request mentioning the reason for return/exchange. 

Our partner courier company will collect the package for return. Please ensure that the returns are securely packaged to avoid any damage of goods in transit. If found damaged, the goods will not be replaced or refunded.

ONCE WE RECEIVE THE PACKAGE, Our team will determine if it is fit for replacement or refunds and send you a mail informing you of the same. If deemed fit for return, we will replace the returned items (subject to availability), free of cost or else refund you for the cost of the goods, to the credit/debit card used to make the purchase. If you have used the Cash-on-delivery option to make the payment, we will transfer the refunded amount to your bank account. Alternatively, we can even offer a gift card in return of the product.

If deemed not fit for return/exchange, we will send the goods back to you.

Processing and closing of a replacement /refund issue may take up to 10 business days.

Custom orders can not be exchanged/returned.

End of Season Sale: All Sales are final. Products from End of season sale are not eligible for Returns/Exchange.

If a particular garment is out of stock, kindly contact us on Mail@KritiGoel.com & If possible, we will be able to provide that garment within 3-4 weeks.
